i got an rnc clamp, warranty against breaking or stripping.. it said lifetime.. so then if they dont stand up to that lifetime warranty.. then what?

my seatpost clamp has lifetime warranty, so if it breaks tomorrow they would have to warranty it, but since they dont have ti anymore.. they would either have to refund it, give me another if they still have any, or tell me to go sod off
