Me and FT Rider are looking to do a lil sesh. Its gunna be meet up in southbank, then hit the city, round st. pauls and barbican and all that shizzle.

Meet around 1pm - 2pm.

but i am a bit depressed :cry: , i went for a small ride today and i was so out breath, my f..ckin lung really did hurt... i think i need a racetrack to get back into shape and then we can go out in a couple of months :!:
so hopefully i ll make it to southbank by bike, but u can be sure that i need a bench to recover then until we leave for the city cruise... :D :oops:
