recently my computer has been being dumb. like when im on this site and i wanna watch a video, it will look like its about to play the video, but then a little window comes up and says it "Windows Meda Player has encountered a problem and needs to close" and it will exit out of my internet browser completely. Why does it do this, i have Windows media player 10.0 too. i dont understand, they used to work until about a month ago. also, when im on myspace, it wont let me look at some peoples myspace's that have videos or music on them....CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!?!

hmmmm. ive never had this type of problem, but have you tried uninstalling wmp then reinstalling it? plus, IE could be the problem as well, if you dont have it, download the firefox browser.

Possibly check Windows Updates to see if there is any updates that were recently published for your player.-Timg

i jsut reinstalled the player today and theres no updates


also, i do have firefox too, i use that sometimes but i find it loads slower then IE, Is it supposed to do that or not? is there a way i can make it faster?

get winamp or DivX
