It could be a combo of lack of speed and how you land. When you land just start to fakie and fakie out of it. Try going at it with a little more speed too.

Lean back, and don't forget to pedal backwards.

Try to pedal backwards before you land and even try to overspin your 180s a bit.

get more speed. it sounds like a cliche but its the one thing that helped me get mine. I had my rollbacks and 180 rotations dialed, so for hours at a slow speed i 180ed, started to pedal, and got nowhere. Just go faster than you normally wood. If your good and used to 180s then it shouldn't be hard or uncomfortable for you. Hope I helped, I just learned them a few weeks ago too

Make sure you have speed, and at first when I learned to 180, I would somehow move from left foot forward to right foot forward, so when I would land, I would be right foot foward, and I could never roll out, then my friend pointed it out to me, and then I tried to keep my left foot forward during the whole spin, and it worked great! Just remember, you don't have to land right foot forward, cuz you might be right foot forward of course.

its gonna sound weird but try to land with more weight on your back foot. when you're learning it sometimes happens that you forget to backpedal. landing on your back foot will correct this
