Mine was when I broke my nose the broken arm was nothing seeing as I had a cast on that but I never went to the doctor so while I was sleeping I would roll over on my pillow right onto my nose this is what made it my worst injury.

When I crashed going about 35 down the steepest hill in my neighborhood. Or when I hit a rut on a landing and made a 3 inch diameter bruise an inch from my junk.

my collar bone, it was so far overlapped I ended up getting surgery on it, and the whole time any movement of my right shoulder/arm hurt hella bad. i couldnt even but my back straight and they dont make casts for broken collarbones. now there's a metal plate and screws on it :P

I have loads but the one tht still affects me is when my pedal went into my knee and it came out of place.Now i have to go to doctors every 2 months

when i broke my wrist for the second time on my quad, i hit the ground so hard my rear grab bar was bent in half. My hand was 3 inches above my arm and it hurt even worse when they had to brake it again to put it back in place

Mine was when I landed on my arm made a 6 inch long gash on it the broke my ankle on the way home, that sucked

doing a manual and landed on my coxicks (im not sure how to spell it but its the bone at the bottom of your spine) i had to walk around really stupidly because i couldn't walk right for some reason...!

ive had a few...1 bad one was when me and my mate were doing tandoms on dirt jumps.. so we left of getting a big run up for the jump and i wasnt ready but my mate took off so i was peddling harder and leaning forward to catch up and all of a sudden chain breaks, and i flip and go head first into the ground and i was going pretty fast so i was like scraping and scraping on the ground..i saw skin behind me too! yeah, blood everywhere, headache, picked up my bike threw it as hard as i could....really pissed and in pain!

lol ive had my chain turn and catch my finger in the sprocket while i was working on my bikes once i threw it across the yard.

breakin my arm aftr bailin a jump wrong and launchin like 9ft up and 20 length ways was painful, or on the same arm breakin it again aftr my mates threw me down a hill :-|

^haha my most recent injury was from an 18 stair i went down near the end of school right after it got out that day. chipped ankle and 4 stiches in my left calf.

Probally when I broke my jaw.

I was doing something REALLY retarded, and still regret it. :?

I was riding down a hill, and I put my right foot, on my left pedal, and let my left foot dangle out. I didn't have pegs, but I decided to put my left foot on the nut sticking out on my front axle. Well I got about... 10 feet, then my foot slipped and stuck in the spokes and I flipped over and bashed my chin on the tar. I instantly knew I was bleeding, because I could feel it running down my neck. Luckily, I crashed right next to my uncles house, and luck had it that my grandmother (who is a nurse) was there. So I got a ride home, which was like 1/8 of a mile away, she did like 70mph to get there.

So after I got to the hospital and got all stitched up, I found out I had to wait till the next day to see an oral surgeon. So, next day comes, spend about 6 hours going through bullshit between 2 hospitals, the insurance company, and the oral surgeons office.

Finally, I get to see the oral surgeon, he says that he can't really do anything for me since I didn't break my jaw all the way through (thank God). I just more or less cracked it along the side, length wise. However, he said it was very very fragil, and merely sleeping wrong could break it through. So I had to eat soft foods for 3 weeks, and I couldn't do any form of physical activity for 3 whole months. That means, no dirtbiking, quading, BMXing... nothing of the like, I couldn't even participate in P.E.

Though, I guess it wasn't that bad, because it wasn't wired shut.


Yeah, that was my worst injury to date.

broken collar bone and torn ligaments ... remember to pack you landing super hard. my friends and i thought the landing was packed good enough but when i landed my front tire sunk in and i went over the bars

i got hit by a car probably going 25 mph on the rosemead 19. i broke the guys mirror and i think i sumersalted 2-3 times.

my worst injury riding i would say was fractured knee cap/torn ligament, they had to fuse my knee cap back together

my least favorite but somewhat common injury would be a chipped shin bone, and the bone spurs that can sometimes come because of it, my damn shins always hurt haha

Chipped/Fractured shin bone. had a lump the size of an apple for a month and it hurt like a bitch, if i get hit there now it hurts so ****in bad i want to cry
