so on the in the week my friend ordered a spanish 19mm bb, when it came on saturday it was the wrong size, it was 22mm bb. So i got 2 19mm - 22mm top hat washers the thing for adapting sprocket and put them inbetween the bearings and the axle. So far this is working perfect. Just thought i would tell people this so if you buy new cranks you dont have to change your bb.

Just make sure you use the tube spacer in between the bearings if you don't have pinchbolt cranks.
