180 bunnyhop

i can 180 on my 4 foot launch ramp, but i cant bunnyhop 180 for the life of me. i just cant seem to spin and remember to pull up my back at the same time. i know to wind up, but when do you start throwing your shoulders into it?

yeah, but the one guy says to "...throw your body round to the right and pull up for the hop.". Is that throwing your shoulders before or after you pull your back wheel up?
