its where u stand on the back pegs, put one foot behind u and pull up and do a wheelie/manuel like that, basically a 1 footed manuel standing on the back peg

b-hop whip to a dork wheelie would look impressive.

bar hop you jump from pedals over your handlebars and onto front pegs,
not too sure what a track stand is? maybe what it is i call it a different name
ya, thats what i thought....and thats an easy trick?

well, the after bit rolling on front pegs is, barhops can be easy if u have the guts to do it (which i dont) and is easier if u dont have cables over your handle bars (i seen people get caught on these and bail so bad), if you have bars like the KGB sarvets it can be easier as u have less height to jump
To practice barhops, it's good to take a stick, hold it with both handsand jump over it. After you get used to it jumping over the bars will be a lot easyer.

the thing with tht, is your hands move when u jump, try jumping walls instead, no movement there

way i learnt is just try to lean back a little to keep the back from smacking into the ground... this is coming from a non flatlander maybe a real flat lander can describe it better
