rightio all you racers out there, do you have a little training program that you follow and stuff?? ifso post some of the things you have in it. I race but im to lazy to train so im thinking of getting somthing together so i can improve and move up into A pro with in the next two years or so.

Just riding the track can do wonders.
The best way to train is to ride a full lap or two, then practice a streight for a while, then gates. THen, when your nice and tired, ride full laps at full speed.
Lift weights
RIDE SPRINTS
I don't follow a routen or anything. I mostly just ride the track (without the full laps) But I try and ride sprints.

i agree also try to find some nice hills to do sprints up, works really well,

Sprints are so boring lol, but i can feel an improvement with my sprints and stuff like that. Do any of you do plyometric thingys?

yea, plyometrics work to, they stretch your legs out to give u the full use of your legs.

I keep pace with random roadies i find on the street for training. They hate it so much, but **** em.

lol i always jus try n fly past the random ppl riding along... i jus c them ahead and think "huh, wat the hell he is beetin me" n then jus fly past him...im reli good at racing aswell..im a quick rider with alot of stamina
