It doesn't take a bunch of people to ride flatland. I ride alone and i find it better to practise alone than with someone there. It's kinda strange to practise while someone watches your every move.
That's my oppinion...
Dude, there aren't 15 flatlenders in my whole country but i still have funn riding. I ride with my friends. They are mtb street riders and we still have funn... :D

theres really ony 3 of us that ride, me rick and bri in my area, ricks jus started so be4 it was me and bri and we were fine, for a year before this i was alone, i find it better at times to bike on a basketball court alone with some music cuz that way theres no collisions between bikers, but being with people can help you alot of techniques just by watching

I agree with scorchy. when you ride with other people your progression gets better
its fun to ride with people , cuz you can dick around an dshow off your new shit but you do need those nights were your just chillin with some music. go to www.pedalbmx.com sign up or whatever then go to RIDER HOOKS UP forum near the bottom of forum page. and post ia thread about if anylives near where you are im sure theres someone. lets face it pedalbmx is WAY bigger on flatland then bmx-forum ha
