Who else here has a hobbie in RC cars? real RC cars..not ones from like asda/argos or whatever,lol.
what car do you have and what style of racing do you do?
Anyone drift RC cars?
do you have an electric or nitro car?
I have a tamiya TT01 which i plan on upgraing sonnish to a new motor(trinty monster stock 27t..maybe a 19t motor),new alloy parts including drive shaft and gonna buy some tire rings to start some drifting or may buy the yokomo(spell) drift car and get some neon lights and stuff.

I used to have nitro's i used to have a nitro rustler and an associated car. raced dirt with the rustler and track with the assocated. but i sold all of my cars. thats on expensice hobby 8O

Yes my dad used to race a nitro dirt racer. It was awesome it went around 80mph but everything was soooooo expensive. I have an electric one that I used to race and hit the racing jumps with. That was funnnn. RC cars are pretty popular here theirs a awesome shop here called "Tower Hobbies" They sell the top of the line cars/ planes/ boats which are fun to mess around with. RC's are a great Hobby.

Ya i used to have a Hpi Rs4 or sommit. I sold it because it was to expensive. Nice custom paint job by yours truly and a set of PHATT chorme's hahahaa, back in the day. Wish i hadent let it go cuz it wer ace but funds got short or what not and i had to sell it a year or so back. When I was a youngin I had a series of RC 10's, but it is a money pit hobby, things break so often and are so expensive to replace. It is really fun though. Tower Hobbies rules!

i have the tamiya subaru impreza, dunno what model or w/e i got it a few years ago but i dnt really use it anymore.

I recently bought a used RC-10 Buggy on eBay. I dont know whole lot about working on it yet so maybe somebody could help me on this.
Its in fair condition but a couple axle parts are a little bent and rusted. Other than that it still rolls fine. I know it has a upgraded racing motor and i just bought a digital charger. All i think i need now are new batteries for the contoler and battery packs for the car. Im not gonna get into racing or anything....i just want to jump it off cliffs :lol: and take it to the resorts when i go snowboarding. Anyway, heres what i got:

i run rc every day i have a rc10gt w/a rossi pixi black 12 it will scream im jus a backyard basher but i built a track in my back yard with some extra dirt from an old jump its pretty cool

yeah on road is the way to go,
i recived my yokomo nissan S15 drifter today,gonna get a trinity monster pro horsepower 27t motor,eco20 ESC and acoms Rx and some nice spray paint..build it up..get some photos then show you guys..post some pictures of you cars as well

i have a nitro rustler. I love rippin it through the dirt, going off jumps and breaking it. then getting mad, throwing it in a corner somewhere. BMXing, then comming back to it a month later and fixing it, then ripping it again. Its a chain lol

i used to have 2 nitro rustlers and some like 3 other nitros and 4 electric ones
sold em all for my bike :D and dont regret it one bit lol
