what keeps bringing you back to dirt jumping

i was eating soup and remembering all the fun days at trails, and was wondering, how can something so simple as landing on a pile of dirt to another be so exilerating and make you feel so happy and relaxed when you jump a perfect jump :? whatever it is, im happy its there :bmx_rulez: :prost:

I love dirt jumping for the adrenaline rush. Hitting massive jumps is just fun, and I don't really care what form of BMX you do; wether it is racing, street, park, dirt, or even flat. I am sure all of you remember the biggest jump you ever did and I am sure it has a special place in your heart.

I like dirt because its more forgiving than concrete + you can shape to make take off's and landing's perfect

I only ride funboxes to get some air. But I want to make good, big dirt

im not tekkin the piss mate just a little guide, we say 'big dirt jumps' rather than 'big dirt'. i understand english is not your 1st language and you are quite fluent :)

There is no other feeling in the world then dirt jumping for me... The huge air... where it takes your breath away because you are up for so long. The huge gaps and crazy hips... the crashes are always nasty, but you always seem to get up and dust yourself off... It's ever changing, you can't just get bored with the skatepark's set up and move it all around in a day.

i would like to do dirt jumping but i dont cuz im not good at airing. ill try again this summer. but last year or the year before, i took my bmx bike and i went for a gap, and my rear tire caught in the landing ramp and i sacked myself on the stem....... hurt like a mofo. i swear i tough i nuetered(sp) myself...

Do you mean the airing, or those 2 hill's that we use 2 get the air
(We call them dirt's or doubles, sometimes camels :) ) I meant that I want to built it

a camel isn't a double... a double is two jumps a camel well is like a camel hump... a jump then a bump, then a landing. basicaly a table with a bump in the middle. atleast thats what they are here.
