Could be as new as 2000, I have a Dyno Zone from then with a similar frame style. Looks like a flatland frame. The brakes on the top of the chainstays is really odd though. From what I cand find about it they made mountain bikes. Looks to be just some cheap old bike though. More info would be useful.

Well it might just be an old piece of crap, but for the price it was an ok deal. You could sell it for more at a yardsale or something.

Royce Union sucks... they are worse than a Wal Mart Mongoose, if that gives you any idea. Clean it up nice and sell it for $20 at a yard sale.

I had a 1980 royce union bmx bike (looptail)bitd(1980). You couldnt kill it. It was the same frame as a mongoose, only diffrent decals(NOT made by goose, though)
Back then they were a bicycle shop bike. I loved it.
Now, they are just wally world bikes.
