I bought these pegs about 6months ago for only £25 at customriders which no longer sells them,but the new versions are now aviable at many mail orders.
I had MikeS pegs before these as well as day smith pegs.The reason for buying new pegs is because i didnt liek the MikeS pegs and drilled my day smith pegs to 14mm for the front.So i bought soem fly bikes griptape pegs at £25 a pair(a stunning price were most pegs are £45ish).
The pegs are the lightest i have ever had...one of the lightest pegs EVER made as well as super strong.They have taken a real beating and they are still ok..just marks and wear on the edges.The griptape is great for for all weather conditions including rain.My griptape lasted about 4months or so and all you have to do is spin the pegs to the otherside and they are like new again so another 4months of iding life,when the griptape is totally worn down..get new griptape,because of this these pegs could last for years.Mine came in black but the new versions come in black,brown and green(maybe more colours).Grip to ya shoes very well and you dont slip of them,fit all dropouts and come in 10mm,can be drilled to 14mm i belive if needed.Compared to MikeS pegs they are quite small in diameter,so if you dont like beefy pegs these are for you.Even if you just wanna lighten the front or back end of your bike and use pegs these are for you...I plan to keep using these till they die then change to ares silencer pegs.
9 outta 10(the edges could be stronger buy other then that one of the best pegs ever and so light)
