I've been riding these cranks for about 6 months now. They are flawless, and I'm ever so glad my PROFILE SS cranks BROKE! They are ever so stiff, a feeling i wasn't use to being they are my first pair of alloy cranks. They weigh in at only 31 oz... that's 10oz lighter then Profile's racing cranks. They come stock with a Ti-Spindle... whick adds to the "kick-asstic" of these cranks. I give them a 10 out of 10. They can be found at Albes, Empire, and that Dan guy's site for $150.

I use an American BB, it came with these ultra lite Euro BB bearings made out of alloy. I don't use it but my buddy Ryan does, he uses them on his Profile's, and i havn't heard him complain. I've never has any troubles with these cranks at all! You should get a pair.

There aren't any pedal inserts...
the arms taper into a thicker and more dense aluminum at the end of the cranks, elimenating the need for a pedal insert.

You are thinking of the old RNC Cranks... they have a 22mm spindle, these have a 19mm... making them "lite". Even the new 22mm ones don't use pedal inserts.

They are at Albes, Dan's, and Empire here in the states. IDK if they are over seas yet... check www.RNCmfg.com and send Ryan a e-mail.
