Kona Jackshift Pedal
Has extra large 14mm chromoly axle
Double concave shape to promote cupped feel
Replaceable screw in pins
Fully serviceable and replaceable cartage bearings and bushings
Extra large aluminium body with out side section
I got these pedals in august. Second hand barely used basically mint condition. I was unsure about aluminium pedals but went with them anyway. And I have been pleased

First off I like really sticky pedals and tease are sticky. I have destroyed two shoes with them cuz The pins are actually screws and they really dig in. The pedals come with replacement screwing pins. I haven’t lost more than two yet. Where as on my old odyssey pedals I lost almost all of them. Because they are made out of aluminium they sorta scratch easy and I have had to file of a few barbs of metal on them. But I think that’s just how aluminium is. How ever they still seem to work perfectly. They spin nice and feel solid. I don’t know the exact weight but they are quite light. And comfortable.
I would recommend these pedals to anyone who doesn’t do allot of pedal grinds and who like really grippy pedals. It would be nice to see them do a chromoly and a titanium in the same design. But from what I understand Kona isn’t really doing the bmx thing like they used to. Lets hope im wrong on that!
I give these an 8/10
